Absorbency

Huggies Little Snugglers is faster at absorbing more liquid than the Snug and Dry.

Little Snugglers absorbs more, especially at the back, because of its pocketed waistband, which acts like a “poop pocket catcher”.

Most of the time, it’s quite effecient in containing the mess. And it definitely helps to prevent diaper blowouts.

I especially like how fast it absorbs the liquid, prevents diaper leakages from happening, as you can see in the video above.

Little Snugglers For Some Parents…

The pocketed waistband seems to only be efficient for poop.

But hey every babies different and so far, I find Little Snugglers is so much better at absorbing large amounts of liquid.

It doesn’t have a pocketed waistband and I noticed it has some mixed reviews about its absorbency.

Half of the time, I find that it’s great for overnight use. It doesn’t leak even when baby is moving around.

For some, it’s very efficient in absorbing tons of liquid, especially at night.

Huggies Little Snugglers have more available sizes than Snug and Dry.

You can get it at Preemie size (1-5lb), Newborn size (6-9 lb), and up to Size 6 (35+ lb). It’s smaller sized-diapers even has an umbilical cord cutout.

Huggies Snug and Dry starts at Size 1 (8-14 lbs) up to Size 6 (35+ lb).

There’s some design difference between Snug and Dry and Little Snugglers.

Huggies Little Snugglers diapers feature popular characters such as Winnie the Pooh.

While Snug and Dry have the cute Mickey Mouse design.

I also like that both diapers have label so if you’re a sleep-deprived (which all parents are), you can easily see which is the front of the diaper.

Little Snugglers has both the “front” and “back” label, while Snug and Dry has the “back” label.

Safety

Both Huggies Snug and Dry vs Little Snugglers are hypoallergenic diapers and are safe to use for the most delicate, sensitive skin skin.

Comfort

Both diapers are SUPPOSED to be fragrance-free and gentle on the most sensitive of skins.

But first, about the smell, I find a slight powdery smell from both diapers.

It’s not noticeable but if you’re a little OC and you smell your diapers, it’s there!

Also based on my test video, Little Snugglers seems slightly less padded and a little less softer than Snug and Dry.

I don’t know if it’s just the batch that I got, but my Little Snugglers have slightly less padding.

I find Snug and Dry softer and more padded, which is weird!

There are also a few complaints from parents about both having some weird, chemical smell, especially when it gets wet.

About the comfort, I’ve seen some complains about babies getting nappy rashes from both diapers, which I find unfortunate.
