Hello Bello Diapers Review

Hello Bello offers diaper sizes from Newborn (<10 lbs) up to Size 6 (35ml+).

Hello Bello is known for its eco-friendly ingredients. It’s made with sustainably harvested fluff pulp, with a plant-derived core liner, and totally chlorine-free (TCF) ingredients.

It doesn’t contain any Phthalates, Parabens, Lotions, Latex, TBT, DBT, MBT, Chlorine Processing or Artificial Fragrance.

So far, from all the diapers I’ve tested, Hello Bello undoubtedly has the best, softest, most gentle diaper.

It literally feels like someone got some cotton and made a diaper out of it – that’s how soft it feels!

Whenever I test the softness of Hello Bello against some diapers, it always feels a bit jarring, because other diapers feel so rough, compared to Hello Bello.

And I have yet to see any complaints about diaper rash or irritation about Hello Bello. That’s how gentle it is on a baby’s skin.

Security and Fit

I also like how stretchy Hello Bello feels at the back.

I have to admit though, I think I’ve gotten a mixed, inconsistent quality of Hello Bello diapers, cause some of them feel super soft and stretchy at the leg hole, others not that much.

Anyway, I also find Hello Bello’s tab very sticky.

A very sticky tab is helpful to prevent your kids from removing their diapers or from the diaper getting ripped off when it’s full of pee and poop.

I’ve noticed other parents saying that Hello Bello seems to run a bit small so most advised to buy a one size up.

This is where you should watch my Hello Bello diaper review video.

Now I’ve also created articles comparing Hello Bello with Honest, and other brands, but I find the Honest one really interesting.

Because the results were not what I expected.

So I find Hello Bello’s diapers very inconsistent.

I don’t know if I just got a mixed pack, but based on what I have, the Hello Bello diapers have very inconsistent absorbent quality.

Some are great, while others are so poor.

Other parents have mixed reviews about Hello Bello’s absorbency too!

Some said it’s the only diaper that’s gentle and dependable enough to keep their kids dry for hours.

While others are saying it sucks so bad and they’ve had the worst diaper leaks and diaper blowouts ever from using.

Others advise using Hello Bello for daytime only and not for overnight or long trips.

Wetness Indicator

Hello Bello does have a wetness indicator, but I find it weird that it’s only for Newborn up to Size 3.

I think any parent’s life would be easier if all diaper sizes had a wetness indicator, cause sometimes, you just don’t want to touch or sniff your baby’s crotch.

Especially if you’re sick, you’re holding another baby, or you’re cooking or something.

I love Hello Bello’s super adorable designs and patterns.

It looks so great and can be used to teach your baby some independence – make them choose what diaper design they want to wear!

It can also help to distract a baby that just won’t lay still for a diaper change.

Now this might be a little bit unsettling to read but Hello Bello filed for bankruptcy, a few weeks before this article was published.

It’s mostly because of supply chain issues so I hope they can still recover from this and the brand will continue to live on.

There are still a lot of parents who love this diaper, mostly because it doesn’t cause any irritation to their baby’s skin.

Hello Bello has a premium price so it’s not cheap and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re on a tight budget.

Hello Bello Diapers Review: Takeaway

If we’re going to only consider my video tests on Hello Bello, I wouldn’t recommend this diaper then.

But I’ve seen a lot of parents recommending this diaper, mostly because of how it never caused any diaper rashes or irritation on their baby, as well as having decent absorption. For some parents that is.

So I advise you to just test it out on your baby. Get a small pack, test it for a few days, and see how it does.
